A belated sharing ~~ Giuliani's Quotations : Part II - Do What's Possible, Try What's Not

In Giuliani's second quotation, "Do what's possible" is a positive attitude we should have and "Try what's not (possible)" is what makes our life even better !

First, let's discuss what's possible ! Can you manage your time better ? Can you monitor your leisure time better by not spending too much time on the net or watching TV ? Can you go home earlier and start working on what you should finish within the day immediately ? Can you say "no" to any distractions like phone calls or on-line games/movies when you have lots of work to catch up ? As a Form 4/5 student who should be self-disciplined and target-oriented, what we mentioned above are ALL POSSIBLE, right ?

If you have passed Level One, here comes the challenge : Try what's not possible ! Can you imagine spending a few hours on revisions even after finishing your assignments ? Can you stand going to the self-study centre/library even on holidays while others are enjoying their good times hanging out with their friends ? Can you sacrifice your time for piles of mechanical practices and past papers ? Try your ability and potential and you may find that nothing is impossible !

  1. Ms Chan,

I always like to watch you have been written on the blog. Also,I can learn some vocabulary on the blog.

Yeah! So much things we should handle , and time is not enough to all of us go back to the starting line. We should keep go on and try our best. To handle well,to study well.

    F.4 - F.6 , I don't think this is a long time.
Now , we have already finished our half of the years. 2-3 years,we have a lot of book to catch up. And our activities!

Speak louder than words! I always agree with this sentence! We should set a target for ourselves. Maybe the target is too high to let us to touch it. But,we should keep doing, untill you want to lose the game. Right?

What is posible to us. And what should not ...
Thanks, Ms Chan. You always tell us how to do ...
